Overview

The client is India’s leading automobile manufacturer for more than 50 years with a major stake in the automobile industry addressing the domestic as well as export market. The company is in the manufacturing of passenger cars, MUVs, SUVs, Trucks, Tractors and heavy goods carrier vehicles.

Challenges

The company had launched a new range of heavy trucks in collaboration with a US based auto company. They proposed to build a web based and mobile based app for their Sales & Marketing team. Using innovative way of gamification, the company, aimed to focus on the productive capability of their newly launched truck.

Solution

A Gamification solution was built through which customers could set different key parameters and compare the ROI with that of competition. A well designed application using Phone Gap framework was concluded to deliver this solution and implemented with certain Gamification oriented automation features.

Data centralization module was made to collect all the iterative data on the server and to perform data mining. MVC architecture was implemented to add scalability and progression.
