The client an engineering company head quartered in South Africa, operating primarily in the oil, gas, power generation and energy related industries.
The company proposed to provide a platform for the management team to discuss and minute items during the Executive Committee (EXCO) meetings of their group companies. The objective was to give them the ability to vote on items before the session and also to shorten the meeting agenda.
MindWorx architected, designed and developed an web based application which was integrated with their existing self service portal. The application provided seamless workflow features for EXCO members to vote for / against a meeting item or decide to take up for discussion during the EXCO meeting. The application could automatically generated the minutes of meeting at the end of each such meeting.
